Armenia Bunch of Grapes
Armenia Bunch of Grapes
Beautifully designed wooden Armenian coaster featuring bunch of grapes motif which represents the ancient history of wine-making in Armenia. Grapes are often featured in ancient Armenian architecture adorning church entrances, cross-stones (khachkars), reliefs, cornices and also depicted in ancient manuscripts. 10 years ago, a large cave was discovered in the Areni region of Armenia where the oldest wine making facility in the world has been discovered. Still a popular feature in modern architecture in Armenia.
Makes a nice 5th anniversary gift (wood) for someone who appreciates all things Armenian. Can also be used as a very original Armenian wedding favour (we can personalise them on request). Also a lovely gift for a friends birthday or just to add a bit of Armenian flavour to your own home!
The colours are created using eco-friendly non-toxic pigments and is an original product of Enkiart (www.enkiart.com) who are located in Yerevan Armenia. Natural variations may occur in the colour due to the grain in the wood. Please do not hesitate to enquire about custom orders and quantities.
*please note current stock of red variation is 9 x 9cm in case you want to mix these will be slightly smaller
